OUR ROLE

Sauna Tent Sourcing is an independent buyer-side coordination service

We help US distributors, retail purchasing teams and facility buyers prepare comparable sauna tent requests, approach possible sources and organize supplier replies. We are not a manufacturer, stocking dealer, medical provider, testing laboratory or regulatory authority. A listing or supplier response does not mean that we have approved the factory, verified a certificate or determined that a product is appropriate for a particular person or setting.

Our work begins with the buyer's current requirements. We identify missing inputs, convert them into questions and keep unresolved items visible. That discipline matters when quotations use different set contents, electrical assumptions, packaging units or delivery terms. The buyer remains responsible for final due diligence, professional review where needed and written order approval.

RESPONSIBILITY PATH

Four decisions shape a comparable sourcing brief

  1. Define the product and use

The buyer describes the commercial channel or facility context, requested tent format, heating arrangement and acceptable alternatives. We translate that description into a consistent inquiry without adding medical outcomes or assumed suitability.

  2. Specify exact-model attributes

Candidate suppliers are asked for construction, rated power and voltage, plug, controller, usable dimensions, requested temperature-control range, included accessories, warnings and operating information for the offered model.

  3. Quantify order and destination

The brief states pieces, sets or packs, variant quantities, pack count, US destination and requested timing. Any budget identifies currency and whether it applies per unit or to the whole order.

  4. Document open questions

The buyer lists label, manual, test, sample and packaging evidence needed. We record whether a response is buyer-provided, a public reference, supplier-confirmed or still awaiting a decision.

EVIDENCE ROUTE

Do not let a reference become a product fact

  1. Record buyer inputs

Version the intended configuration, quantity basis, destination, packaging priorities, document list and acceptance owner. A change in any of those fields can change quote comparability.

  2. Check references carefully

Public product pages may reveal attributes worth asking about, such as voltage, controller functions or dimensions. They are used only to frame questions and are never presented as our inventory, authorization or evidence for a proposed supplier model.

  3. Request supplier confirmation

Require written identification of the manufacturer, exact model or revision, specifications, included components, MOQ, sample arrangement, files and quotation scope. Missing information remains explicitly pending.

  4. Support buyer approval

Place comparable responses and deviations in a decision record. The buyer selects the product and supplier, approves alternatives and seeks qualified technical, legal or regulatory advice when the intended market or claims require it.
