EQUIVALENT QUOTE SCOPE

Use an infrared sauna tent quote checklist before comparing prices

Align the offered model, electrical and dimensional specifications, included components, pack unit, documents and delivery basis. The lowest number is not comparable when a heater, controller, accessory, test file or freight responsibility is missing.

PRE-QUOTE CHECKLIST

Pair each buyer input with a supplier answer

Product definition

State the requested tent format, heating technology, rated power and voltage basis, plug expectation, usable dimensions, control functions, requested temperature-control range and included controller or accessories. Ask the supplier to return the exact offered model and list any deviation.

Order definition

State quantity by piece, complete set, pack or variant; US destination; requested timing; packaging and labeling priorities; and whether the optional budget is per unit or for the full order. Require MOQ, currency, sample terms and delivery scope in the reply.

DECISION RECORD

Compare confirmed evidence and unresolved risk separately

Comparable fields

Place supplier responses in aligned columns: manufacturer and model, specifications, set contents, quantity unit, unit price, sample charge, packaging, available documents, freight or delivery term and exclusions. Normalize currency and piece or set count before calculating any unit comparison. This worksheet structure is not a current quotation.

Unresolved fields

Keep blanks visible for exact-model manuals, label images, test evidence, electrical details, warning language, sample acceptance, artwork responsibility, lead assumptions or destination charges. A related-series file should stay marked as a reference until its applicability is explained and accepted.

Specification revision

Record the date or revision of the buyer brief and supplier proposal. If the heater, voltage, dimensions, accessories or packaging changes, request a revised quote rather than silently mixing versions.

Sample acceptance

Define what the sample is meant to confirm: dimensions, construction, controls, pack contents, label, manual or another measurable requirement. Record the approver and open questions.

Total procurement scope

Compare product subtotal, stated samples, tooling or customization, packaging, freight, duties or destination charges only when each offer defines the same inclusion basis.

Final approval

The buyer approves the configuration, evidence, claims, budget tradeoffs, supplier and terms, using qualified professional review where the intended market or application requires it.
