Basic technical records may also be created when the website is accessed.
How information is used
Information is used to review the request, clarify missing requirements, coordinate possible supplier outreach, compare responses, provide service communications and protect site operation. Optional budget and preference details are used as buyer context, not as a verified supplier rating or a promise that a matching offer exists.
Sharing for sourcing activity
Relevant portions of a buyer brief may be shared with potential suppliers or service providers when necessary to pursue the request. We aim to limit sharing to information relevant to the sourcing task. Supplier handling of information may be governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
Information may be retained for sourcing coordination, recordkeeping, dispute handling and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are appropriate, but no internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure. Avoid submitting secrets or regulated personal information that is unnecessary for the request.
Choices and corrections
A business contact may request correction or deletion of information where applicable, subject to legal and operational retention needs. Browser storage used for the sourcing benefit controls display timing and session dismissal; it does not extend the fixed eligibility display window.
Children and health information
This service is intended for business procurement contacts, not children. It is not a health-care service and does not request patient files, diagnoses or medical histories. Product requirements should be limited to commercial and technical sourcing information.
